Hugo Boss has recently moved in to a new office at Neva Towers in Moscow City. The office is located on Floor 26 (the top floor) of the office tower with breathtaking views on the City and the western quadrant of Moscow.
East Real has advised Hugo Boss on the new lease acquisition having shown a number of offices both in the City and the CBD and helped negotiate the commercial terms to meet the financial requirements.
According to Joerg Horcher, the managing director EMEA of Hugo Boss UK, as a fashion company we were looking to change the location to be closer to a more vibrant business community located in Moscow City while taking an advantage of the infrastructure and amenities provided by the newly developed business center and the City.
The all new design commands a flexible and minimalist approach inspiring to be more productive. The space is also designed to fall in line with the new realities of the market such as the so called hybrid work schedule and social distancing. The office is primarily laid out as an open plan with a few conference and meeting rooms, a kitchen and a break out area providing maximum comfort and efficiency to keep the staff happy, encouraged, and motivational.
Hugo Boss has leased approximately 550 square meters. The lease has been completed earlier this year and the actual move at the end of June.
