East Real has advised Wood MacKenzie on the new lease acquisition of approximately 500 square meters located at Mokhovaya Business Center, a recently redesigned Class A office project in the center of Moscow. East Real was involved in all phases of the site selection, lease negotiation, lease execution, office fit-out, and the move.
Wood MacKenzie was looking to lease a slightly bigger office space to accommodate the new hire and at the same time keep the occupancy costs under control. East Real has been able to find the most suitable and financially viable option at MBC located virtually less than a minute walk away from three metro stations.
The new office has been planned and designed to meet all Wood Mac-specific workplace and layout requirements including a practical effervescent open space coupled with meeting rooms, a kitchen area, and a high-spec server room. The fit-out has been completed on time and on budget to be able to make sure the lease dates are coterminous.
